 The main mechanic in the experience is the conversation that player has with Alexa. As the player delves further into the conversation, secrets about the psyche of the robot are revealed. Programming, Unity, Virtual Reality

Built using voice recognition capabilities of Amazon Echo, Alexa is a virtual reality interactive experience built around the story of a tiny robot stuck on a planet alone.

Platform: Oculus, Amazon Echo

Role: Gameplay programming, server programming for Echo (AWS, Alexa Skills Kit), database synchronization for game state

 The design of the robot Alexa was inspired by HAL from 2001: A Space Odessey.  I worked as the game mechanics programmer in the team of five to deliver the project in a span of two weeks. My responsibilities included:  - Communication between Amazon Echo and Unity  - Programming the talk tree  - Database interactions to keep track of the conversation state  - Programming Amazon Echo to understand player intent and provide correct responses
